  "text": "Section 1 above shall have effect in relation to a claim made or treated as made on or after 21st July 1989 and before 13th July 1990 as if there were omitted—\n(a) from subsection (1), the words “and subject to the following provisions of this section and to section 3 below”;\n(b) from subsection (2), the words “except as provided by section 3 below”; and\n(c) subsection (3).",
