  "heading": "Relevant benefits",
  "text": "(1) In this Schedule “relevant benefit” means any of the following benefits—\n(a) universal credit;\n(b) employment and support allowance;\n(c) state pension credit.\n(2) Regulations may amend this paragraph so as to add, or remove, types of benefit to, or from, the definition of “relevant benefit”.\n(3) Regulations under sub-paragraph (2) may add a type of benefit only to the extent that the benefit is administered by, or on behalf of, the Secretary of State.",
