  "text": "(1) Adjudicating medical practitioners shall be appointed by the Department.\n(2) The Department may make arrangements whereby any adjudicating medical practitioners for the purposes of the Great Britain Administration Act shall be adjudicating medical practitioners for the purposes of this Act.\n(3) Subject to subsections (1) and (2) above, the appointment of adjudicating medical practitioners shall be determined by regulations.",
