# The Social Security Amendment (Capital Disregards) (No. 2) Regulations 2001, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security Amendment (Capital Disregards) (No. 2) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 19th November 2001.
