  "text": "There shall be added as—\n(a) paragraph 67 of Schedule 5 to the Council Tax Benefit (General) Regulations 1992 (capital to be disregarded);\n(b) paragraph 67 of Schedule 5 to the Housing Benefit (General) Regulations 1987;\n(c) paragraph 65 of Schedule 10 to the Income Support (General) Regulations 1987 ;\n(d) paragraph 58 of Schedule 8 to the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 1996,\nthe following paragraph—\n“The amount of a payment, other than a war pension within the meaning in section 25 of the Social Security Act 1989, to compensate for the fact that the claimant, the claimant’s partner, the claimant’s deceased spouse or the claimant’s partner’s deceased spouse—\n(a) was a slave labourer or a forced labourer;\n(b) had suffered property loss or had suffered personal injury; or\n(c) was a parent of a child who had died,\nduring the Second World War.”.",
