# The Social Security Amendment (Carer’s Allowance) Regulations 2002, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security Amendment (Carer’s Allowance) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force—
(a) except for the purposes of regulation 3, on 28th October 2002; and
(b) for the purposes of regulation 3, on 1st April 2003.
