# The Social Security Amendment (Carer’s Allowance) Regulations 2002, Regulation 3: Amendments consequential upon change of name of benefit


Schedule 2 to these Regulations (which substitutes references to carer’s allowance and makes related provision for references to invalid care allowance) shall have effect.
