# The Social Security Amendment (Lone Parents) Regulations 1998, Regulation 13: Income support: disregard of certain sums in the calculation of a lone parent’s earnings


For paragraph 5 of Schedule 8 to the Income Support Regulations (disregard of certain sums in the calculation of a lone parent’s earnings) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—
“
5 In a case where the claimant is a lone parent and paragraph 4 does not apply, £15.”.
