# The Social Security Amendment (New Deal) Regulations 1997, Regulation 2: Meaning of certain expressions used in the Jobseekers Act 1995


In regulation 3 of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations, for the definition of “employment" there shall be substituted the following—
““employment", except as provided in regulations 4 and 75, includes any trade, business, profession, office or vocation;”.
