# The Social Security Amendment (New Deal) Regulations 1998, Regulation 2: Interpretation of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations


In regulation 1(3) of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations, in the definition of “jobseeking period" there shall be added after the words “ regulation 47 ” the words “ except where otherwise provided ”.
