# Social Security (Amendment) (Scotland) Act 2025, Section 22: Removal of Commission’s accounting and auditing duties

(1) The 2018 Act is modified as follows.
(2) In schedule 1 (Scottish Commission on Social Security), paragraph 12 and the italic heading immediately preceding it are repealed.
