# Social Security and Housing Benefits Act 1982, Section 46: Expenses.

Extent: E+W+S

(1) There shall be paid out of money provided by Parliament—
(a) any administrative expenses of the Secretary of State incurred under this Act; and
(b) any increase attributable to this Act in the sums payable out of money so provided under any other Act.
