  "text": "(1) These regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Attendance Allowance) Amendment Regulations 1980 and shall come into operation on 25th August 1980.\n(2) In these regulations—\n“the principal regulations” means the Social Security (Attendance Allowance) (No. 2) Regulations 1975, and\n“the Claims and Payments Regulations” means the Social Security (Claims and Payments) Regulations 1979.",
