  "text": "The British High Commission present their compliments to the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and have the honour to refer to the Agreement on Social Security between the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Government of Australia signed at London on 1 October 1990 and, in accordance with Article 25(1) of that Agreement, to notify the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade that the Government of the United Kingdom has completed the constitutional and administrative requirements necessary for its implementation.\nThe High Commission have the honour to propose that, if the Government of Australia has similarly completed its constitutional and administrative requirements, the Agreement shall enter into force on 29 June 1992.\nThe High Commission avail themselves of this opportunity to renew to the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade the assurance of their highest consideration.\n22 April 1992\nBritish High Commission\nCANBERRA",
