Part Article IV

Unless otherwise provided under paragraph (2), this Supplementary Convention shall enter into force on the last day of the first month following the month in which Notes are exchanged by the Parties through the diplomatic channel notifying each other that all matters as are necessary to give effect to this Supplementary Convention have been finalised.

Paragraphs (4), (5) and (6) of Article II, and Article III of this Supplementary Convention shall enter into force simultaneously with the date on which the EEA Agreement enters into force.
