Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Back to Work Bonus) (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 7th October 1996 immediately following the coming into force of the Back to Work Bonus Regulations^f1.

In these Regulations “the Back to Work Bonus Regulations” means the Social Security (Back to Work Bonus) Regulations 1996.
