  "heading": "Couples who separate where the separated partner has attained the age of 60",
  "text": "(1) Regulation 12 of the Back to Work Bonus Regulations (couples who separate where the separated partner has attained the age of 60) shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this regulation.\n(2) In paragraph (2), at the end there shall be inserted the following words “, or in the case of a polygamous marriage, the other members of the marriage.”.\n(3) In sub-paragraph (d) of paragraph (6) after the words “the couple’s earnings” there shall be inserted the words “, or in the case of a polygamous marriage, the earnings of the members of that marriage”.",
