# The Social Security (Back to Work Bonus) (Amendment) Regulations 1996, Regulation 8: Secretary of State to issue estimates


In regulation 9 of the Back to Work Bonus Regulations (Secretary of State to issue estimates) after the words “has served” there shall be inserted the words “, or is treated as having served,”.
