  "text": "SOCIAL SECURITY\nMade 21st March 1988\nLaid before Parliament 21st March 1988\nComing into force 11th April 1988\nThe Secretary of State for Social Services, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 41(2D) and 64(1D) of and Schedule 20 to the Social Security Act 1975 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, the Social Security Advisory Committee having agreed that the proposals to make these Regulations should not be referred to it, hereby makes the following Regulations:",
