  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations, which come into force on 11th April 1988, provide for the purpose of determining the level of earnings of a beneficiary’s partner in any week, that “week” means a period of 7 days commencing at midnight between Sunday and Monday. A similar provision was previously included at regulation 15(3) of the Social Security (Claims and Payments) Regulations 1979 (now revoked).",
