  "long_title": "Part I of Schedule 2 to the Social Security Benefit (Dependency) Regulations 1977 prescribes the circumstances in which an increase of invalid care allowance is payable in respect of a dependent child. No such increase is payable for a first child where the beneficiary is one of two persons who are spouses residing together or an unmarried couple and the other person has earnings in any week at or above the specified amount, and an increase is not payable in respect of a further child for each complete £10 by which the earnings exceed that amount. These regulations increase the specified amount from £80 to £85.",
