# The Social Security Benefit (Dependency) Amendment Regulations 1980, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These regulations may be cited as the Social Security Benefit (Dependency) Amendment Regulations 1980 and shall come into operation on 2nd June 1980.
(2) In these regulations the expression “principal regulations” means the Social Security Benefit (Dependency) Regulations 1977.
