Laid before Parliament 14th July 1983
Coming into Operation 21st November 1983
The Secretary of State for Social Services, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 66(3) and 84(1) and (4) of the Social Security Act 1975, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after reference to the Social Security Advisory Committee, hereby makes the following regulations:—
