# The Social Security Benefit (Dependency) Amendment Regulations 1992, Regulation 2: Amendment of regulation 1 of the principal Regulations


In regulation 1(2) of the principal Regulations (citation, commencement andinterpretation) after the definition of “the Child Benefit Act” there shall be inserted the following definition—
““the Contributions and Benefits Act” means the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992;”.
