The Secretary of State for Social Services, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 33(2), 44, 46, 47, 49, 66 and 84 of, and Schedule 20 to, the Social Security Act 1975, as amended in the case of the said sections 44, 46 and 66 and Schedule 20 by section 21(1) of, and Schedule 4 to, the Child Benefit Act 1975 and section 20(1) of the Child Benefit Act 1975 and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following regulations for the purpose only of consolidating regulations hereby revoked:—
