Coming into force 8th March 1994
The Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of powers conferred by sections 113(1)(a) and 175(1), (3) and (4) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and after reference to the Social Security Advisory Committee, hereby makes the following Regulations:
