  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security Benefit (Persons Abroad) Amendment Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 8th March 1994.\n(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Social Security Benefit (Persons Abroad) Regulations 1975.",
