  "text": "Social Security\nMade 15th March 2010\nLaid before Parliament 16th March 2010\nComing into force 6th April 2010\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 113(1)(a) and 175(1) and (3) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992.\nThe Social Security Advisory Committee has agreed that proposals in respect of these Regulations should not be referred to it.",
