Regulation 5 Amendment of the Social Security (Benefit) (Married Women and Widows Special Provisions) Regulations 1974

In regulation 10 of the Social Security (Benefit) (Married Women and Widows Special Provisions) Regulations 1974 (voidable marriages and presumption of death) the words “and regulation 7(9) of the Widow's Benefit Retirement Pension and Other Benefits (Transitional) Regulations 1974” shall be deleted.
