  "heading": "Citation, commencement and interpretation",
  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Social Security Benefits Up-rating (No.2) Order 1987 and shall come into force for the purposes of articles 1 and 9 on 3rd April 1988, for the purposes of articles 8 and 11 on 6th April 1988 and for all other purposes on 11th April 1988.\n(2) In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires—\n“the 1975 Act” means the Social Security Act 1975;\n“the 1986 Act” means the Social Security Act 1986; and\n“the Pensions Act” means the Social Security Pensions Act 1975",
