Article 7 Sum specified for child benefit

In regulation 2 of the Child Benefit and Social Security (Fixing and Adjustment of Rates) Regulations 1976f1 (weekly rates of child benefit)—

(a)

in paragraph (1), the sum specified is £7.25; and

(b)

in paragraph (2), the sum specified shall be increased from £4.70 to £4.90.
