  "heading": "Statutory Sick Pay",
  "text": "(1) The sums specified in section 7(1) of the Social Security and Housing Benefits Act 1982 (relationship between rates of payment of statutory sick pay and employees' normal weekly earnings) shall be increased in accordance with the provisions of this article with effect from 6th April 1988.\n(2) The sums specified in section 7(1)(a) shall be increased from £47.20 and £76.50 to £49.20 and £79.50 respectively.\n(3) The sum specified in section 7(1)(b) shall be increased from £32.85 to £34.25.",
