  "text": "(1) This order may be cited as the Social Security Benefits Up-rating Order 1987 and shall come into force in the case of Articles 1(1), 8 and 10(2) on 1st April 1987 and in the case of all other Articles on 6th April 1987.\n(2) In this order, unless the context otherwise requires—\n“the 1975 Act” means the Social Security Act 1975;\n“the 1986 Act” means the Social Security Act 1986; and\n“the Pensions Act” means the Social Security Pensions Act 1975.",
