# The Social Security Benefits Up-rating Order 1987, Article 8: Statutory Sick Pay


The sums specified in section 7(1) of the Social Security and Housing Benefits Act 1982 are —
(a) in paragraph (a), £46.75 and £74.50 respectively;
(b) in paragraph (b), £39.20, £74.50 and £55.50 respectively;
(c) in paragraph (c), £31.60.
