# The Social Security Benefits Up-rating Order 1989, Article 10: Statutory Maternity Pay


The sum specified in regulation 6 of the Statutory Maternity Pay (General) Regulations 1986 (lower rate of statutory maternity pay) shall be increased by the substitution for the sum of £34.25 of the sum of £36.25.
