# The Social Security Benefits Up-rating Order 1990, Article 11: Earnings Limits


The sums specified in section 41(2B) of the 1975 Act (earnings limits in respect of child dependency increases) shall be increased from £95, £12 and £95 to £100, £13 and £100 respectively.
