  "text": "PART IV\nAMOUNTS OF PREMIUMS SPECIFIED IN PART III\nPremium\nAmount\n15 —\n(1) Lone Parent Premium\n1 £9.70\n(2) Pensioner Premium for persons aged under 75–\n(a) where the claimant satisfies the condition in paragraph 9(a);\n2 (a) £11.80\n(b) where the claimant satisfies the condition in paragraph 9(b).\n(b) £17.95\n(2A) Pensioner Premium for persons aged 75 and over–\n(a) where the claimant satisfies the condition in paragraph 9A(a);\n2A. (a) £14.40\n(b) where the claimant satisfies the condition in paragraph 9A(b).\n(b) £21.60\n(3) Higher Pensioner Premium–\n3\n(a) where the claimant satisfies the condition in paragraph 10(1)(a) or (b);\n(a) £17.05\n(b) where the claimant satisfies the condition in paragraph 10(2)(a) or (b).\n(b) £24.25\n(4) Disability Premium–\n4\n(a) where the claimant satisfies the condition in paragraph 11(a);\n(a) £15.40\n(b) where the claimant satisfies the condition in paragraph 11(b).\n(b) £22.10\n(5) Severe Disability Premium–\n5\n(a) where the claimant satisfies the condition in paragraph 13(2)(a);\n(a) £28.20\n(b) where the claimant satisfies the condition in paragraph 13(2)(b) –\n(i) in a case where there is someone in receipt of an invalid care allowance;\n(b) (i) £28.20\n(ii) in a case where there is no-one in receipt of such an allowance.\n(ii) £56.40\n(6) Disabled Child Premium.\n6 £15.40 in respect of each child or young person in respect of whom the condition specified in paragraph 14 of Part III of this Schedule is satisfied.",
