Article 12 Increase in rates of Disability Living Allowance

In regulation 4 of the Social Security (Disability Living Allowance) Regulations 1991^f1 (rate of benefit)—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph (1), for the sum of £44.90 there shall be substituted the sum of £45.70;

(b)

in sub-paragraph (b) of paragraph (1), for the sum of £30.00 there shall be substituted the sum of £30.55;

(c)

in sub-paragraph (c) of paragraph (1), for the sum of £11.95 there shall be substituted the sum of £12.15;

(d)

in sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph (2), for the sum of £31.40 there shall be substituted the sum of £31.95; and

(e)

in sub-paragraph (b) of paragraph (2), for the sum of £11.95 there shall be substituted the sum of £12.15.
