  "text": "In the Social Security (Incapacity Benefit) Regulations 1994, in paragraph (2) of regulation 10—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (a), for the sum of £12.15 there shall be substituted the sum of £12.40; and\n(b) in sub-paragraph (b), for the sum of £6.10 there shall be substituted the sum of £6.20.",
