  "text": "Provisions in Income Support Regulations\nSpecified Sum\nRegulation 22(1)\nWeekly applicable amount to be reduced by a sum equivalent to 40 per cent. of the relevant amount.\nRegulation 22(2)(a)\n£200.\nRegulation 22(2)\nWeekly applicable amount to be reduced by a sum equivalent to 20 per cent. of the relevant amount.\nRegulation 71(1)(a)(i)\n90 per cent. of the amount applicable or, as the case may be, of the reduced applicable amount.\nRegulation 71(1)(b)(i)\n90 per cent. of the amount of the allowance for personal expenses or, as the case may be, of the reduced amount.\nRegulation 71(1)(c)(i)\n98 per cent. of the applicable amount for persons in residential accommodation.\nRegulation 71(1)(d)\n90 per cent. of the applicable amount.\nSchedule 3, paragraph 6(1B)\nThe relevant fraction of the applicable amount is the amount calculated by the formula\nAA+B.\nSchedule 3, paragraph 7(1)(a) and (b)(i) and (2)\n100 per cent. of the eligible interest.\nSchedule 3, paragraph 7(1)(b)(ii), (2)(a), and (6)\n50 per cent. of the eligible interest.\nSchedule 3, paragraph 7(4)\nThe weekly amount of the eligible interest is the amount calculated by the formula\nA×B52.",
