# The Social Security Benefits Up-rating Order 1996, Article 15: Increase in rates of transitional invalidity allowance in long-term incapacity benefit cases


In the Social Security (Incapacity Benefit) (Transitional) Regulations 1995, in paragraph (2) of regulation 18—
(a) in sub-paragraph (a), for the sum of £12.40 there shall be substituted the sum of £12.90;
(b) in sub-paragraph (b), for the sum of £7.80 there shall be substituted the sum of £8.10; and
(c) in sub-paragraph (c), for the sum of £3.90 there shall be substituted the sum of £4.05.
