# The Social Security Benefits Up-rating Order 1997, Article 23: Increase in age-related amount of contribution-based Jobseeker’s Allowance


In regulation 79(1) of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations (weekly amounts of contribution-based jobseeker’s allowance) —
(a) in sub-paragraph (a) for the sum of £28.85 there shall be substituted the sum of £29.60;
(b) in sub-paragraph (b) for the sum of £37.90 there shall be substituted the sum of £38.90; and
(c) in sub-paragraph (c) for the sum of £47.90 there shall be substituted the sum of £49.15.
