# The Social Security Benefits Up-rating Order 1997, Article 25: The Prescribed Sum for Jobseeker’s Allowance


In regulation 172 of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations (trade disputes: prescribed sum) the substituted sum is £26.50.
