  "text": "In the Social Security (Incapacity Benefit) Regulations 1994, in regulation 10(2)—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (a), for the sum of £13.15 there shall be substituted the sum of £13.60; and\n(b) in sub-paragraph (b), for the sum of £6.60 there shall be substituted the sum of £6.80.",
