# The Social Security Benefits Up-rating Order 2000, Article 21: Increase in age-related amounts of contribution-based Jobseeker’s Allowance


In regulation 79(1) of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations (weekly amounts of contribution-based jobseeker’s allowance)–
(a) in sub-paragraph (a) for the sum of £30.95 there shall be substituted the sum of £31.45;
(b) in sub-paragraph (b) for the sum of £40.70 there shall be substituted the sum of £41.35; and
(c) in sub-paragraph (c) for the sum of £51.40 there shall be substituted the sum of £52.20.
