  "text": "(1) The Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 1996 are amended as follows.\n(2) In Schedule 8 (capital to be disregarded), in paragraph 12(1)—\n(a) in paragraph (a) for “9 or 10” substitute “9, 10 or 72A”;\n(b) after paragraph (e) add—\n“(f) maternity allowance under section 35 of the Benefits Act (state maternity allowance for employed or self-employed earner),”.",
