# The Social Security (Capital Disregards) (Amendment) Regulations 2019, Regulation 5: Amendment of the Housing Benefit Regulations 2006


(1) The Housing Benefit Regulations 2006 are amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 6 (capital to be disregarded), in paragraph 9(1) after paragraph (h) add—
“(i) maternity allowance under section 35 of the Act (state maternity allowance for employed or self-employed earner),”.
