# The Social Security (Capital Disregards) (Amendment) Regulations 2019, Regulation 6: Amendment of the Housing Benefit (Persons who have attained the qualifying age for state pension credit) Regulations 2006


(1) The Housing Benefit (Persons who have attained the qualifying age for state pension credit) Regulations 2006 are amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 6 (capital to be disregarded), at the end of paragraph 21(2) add—
“(s) maternity allowance under section 35 of the Act (state maternity allowance for employed or self-employed earner).”.
