  "text": "(1) The Employment and Support Allowance Regulations 2008 are amended as follows.\n(2) In Schedule 9 (capital to be disregarded), in paragraph 11(1)—\n(a) in paragraph (a) for “10 or 11” substitute “10, 11 or 66”;\n(b) after paragraph (d) add—\n“(e) maternity allowance under section 35 of the Contributions and Benefits Act (state maternity allowance for employed or self-employed earner),”.",
