Regulation 8 Amendment of the Universal Credit Regulations 2013

The Universal Credit Regulations 2013f1 are amended as follows.

In Schedule 10 (capital to be disregarded) in paragraph 18(2) after “United Kingdom” add—

  • “and includes armed forces independence payment under the Armed Forces and Reserve Forces (Compensation Scheme) Order 2011f2.”.
